Join us every Saturday morning throughout August for a free outdoor Vinyasa Yoga class in the beautiful garden at St. Anne’s Church, Soho.
Enjoy the sunshine, connect with your community, and move through a mindful flow surrounded by nature. These sessions are an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Important: Please bring your own yoga mat. If you'd like to join but don't have one, please email hello@anuyou.co.uk. We have a limited number of spare mats available.
