Soulful Saturday : Yoga Flow & Crystal Sound A 90-minute journey to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.

This session begins with a gentle yet energising vinyasa flow, designed to help you release tension, build strength, and drop out of the mind and into the body. Guided through intentional movement and breath, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace and connect with how your body feels.

We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal singing bowls will support your nervous system in softening, regulating, and integrating the practice.

This is a space to slow down, reset, and come back to yourself.
