Who we are

Anu You is a non-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to making holistic wellness accessible and inclusive. Our services include yoga, meditation, cacao ceremonies, sound baths, conscious breathing sessions, and sacred circles.

Event Participation

By registering for any event, you agree to the following:
 

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

• If you have any physical or mental health conditions, you must consult a medical professional before joining.

• Our events are not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, treatment, or diagnosis.
   

Disclaimer:
Anu You facilitators are not licensed medical professionals. The practices we share are complementary wellness techniques and are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any condition.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you can no longer attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible.

Refunds: We offer a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event. After that, we cannot guarantee a refund due to venue and facilitator costs.

If Anu You cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

Donations

All donations made to Anu You go directly toward supporting our mission, including:

• Offering free or low-cost events

• Supporting women facing barriers to holistic healing

• Giving back to Indigenous communities
  Donations are non-refundable.

Use of Website

You agree to:

• Use our site for lawful purposes only

• Not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission

• Respect our community space and communication channels

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our name, logo, text, and event materials — is the property of Anu You and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Anu You is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our events or use of this site. By joining an event or engaging with our materials, you accept full responsibility for your wellbeing.
