Join us for a Sunday Reset as we step into the new spring season. This nourishing 90-minute practice begins with a grounding yoga flow to gently release tension and reconnect you to your body, before easing into a deeply restorative sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.

A unique Sunday session that offers space to unwind, recharge and reset your energy. The workshop includes:
