Join us for a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by gentle yin yoga deeply nourishing sound bath. Together, we’ll share ceremonial cacao before moving into yin yoga to gently open the body, release tension, and create space for stagnant energy to move. We’ll then settle into the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls — a space to pause, soften, release, and return to yourself.
