About the event
To honour the inward rhythm of winter, we’re hosting a very special Vin–Yin Yoga & Crystal Sound workshop. RETURN offers space to soften, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
This 90-minute Vin–Yin yoga and crystal sound workshop weaves together energising vinyasa, followed by restoring yin postures, and an immersive crystal sound bowl meditation. You’ll be gently guided to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and return to your body as the winter season continues to unfold. The workshop includes:
