Restorative Flow & Sound Bath

Reset is a 75-minute session combining a restorative yoga flow and crystal sound meditation, designed to help you step out of the busyness of the week and create a little more space to breathe, move and reconnect.

We’ll begin with a restorative flow: a slow-paced, mindful yoga practice that combines flowing movement with longer, grounding holds. The practice is designed to build strength and mobility while encouraging focus, body awareness and a deeper connection to the breath.
